After leaving school, I began my career in the agricultural industry at a JCB dealership, where I balanced full-time work with my studies—earning a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Land-Based Engineering from Reaseheath College.

 

I then spent three valuable years with a New Holland dealership, gaining hands-on experience, sharpening my skills, and building confidence in the trade. With a passion for the industry and a drive to do more, I took the leap and founded L Witcomb Agriculture.

 

L Witcomb Agriculture is a customer-focused agricultural engineering business based in the heart of the countryside. We specialise in servicing and repairing a wide range of farm machinery as well as second- hand machinery sales. 

 

Backed by over 20 years of industry experience working with JCB machinery and more than 10 years with other leading brands, we bring unmatched expertise to every job we undertake. Since launching, our business has grown rapidly—we’ve expanded our skillset, grown our team, and built a loyal customer base that values quality and trust.
